MCKEESPORT (KDKA) – McKeesport City Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing 67-year-old man, Philip Dulin.

Dulin has not been seen since Friday morning around 2:00 a.m.
He is described as a 6’3 “black man who weighs 210 pounds with a beard and wears glasses.

Police also say he has a health condition and needs medication on a daily basis.
