Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 announces a lane restriction at the outbound Fort Pitt Tunnel in the city of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, running April 25-26 on Sunday and Monday evenings.
A single lane restriction will occur every evening from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. in the outgoing Fort Pitt tunnel (heading west) as crews perform standpipe work.
Motorists can check conditions for more than 40,000 miles of road, including color-coded winter conditions for 2,900 miles, at www.511PA.com. 511PA is free and available 24/7. It offers warnings of traffic delays, weather forecasts, information on traffic speed and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
