PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pittsburgh Penguins forward Jared McCann has been fined $ 10,000 for bowing to Philadelphia Flyers’ Travis Sanheim.
Pittsburgh’s Jared McCann was fined $ 10,000, the maximum amount allowed under the CBA for Travis Sanheim of Elbowing Philadelphia.

According to NHL Player Safety, this is the maximum McCann can be punished with.
This will happen after a hearing on Saturday.
Pittsburgh’s Jared McCann will have an elbowing hearing for Philadelphia’s Travis Sanheim today.

McCann elbowed Sanheim in the head during the second phase of Friday’s Philadelphia game.
