On Monday, police set off a missing person alert looking for Davis. They said his family had not had any contact with him since December 14th.
A woman was called for questioning when Davis’ body was found, but police said Wednesday that no arrests were made.
“When the officers got to the door, they noticed an object wrapped in plastic near the front door. The officers looked and found that it was a dead body. The officers then made a security pass in the house, where they found a woman hiding in the basement, ”said Maurice Matthews, assistant police intelligence officer in Pittsburgh, at the scene.
