Pittsburgh pets in want of a house: Moo, Pepperjack, Moose & Extra
Would you like to add something to your family and at the same time give something back to the world? Then you should consider adopting a dog, cat, or other pet from a local animal shelter. Amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, many animal shelters in the Pittsburgh area are still working to find forever homes for dozens of cats, dogs, and other adorable critters.
When looking for a new fur kid, consider starting at a local animal shelter like the Beaver County Humane Society, where the cat mochi will be patiently waiting. If you’re not sure if you have year-round time to care for a pet, many animal shelters also offer the option to care for pets until they are in permanent homes.
Here at Patch, with a little help from our friends at Petfinder, we make a weekly list of all of the pets that have recently been put up for adoption in your area. If you are a feline person, you will meet Moo, a short domestic hair ready for adoption. Or if dogs are more of your thing, there are some great dogs out there too. Click on a list for more information or to start the adoption process.
