PITTSBURGH – The Pittsburgh area doctor was indicted by a federal grand jury on Friday.

John Keun Sang Lee, 78, is accused of illegally distributing pain medication outside of his doctor’s office at the Jefferson Pain and Rehab Center on Clairton Boulevard, for no legitimate medical reason.

He is also accused of defrauding Medicare and Medicaid.

Lee has pleaded not guilty.
