PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A food truck operating out of Pittsburgh’s Homewood neighborhood was ordered to close by the Allegheny County Health Department.

The mobile food stand had been operating on Bennett Street in Homewood.

The health department states that several violations have been committed, including:
- In operation openly and without a health permit
- Food from an unapproved source
- Lack of hand washing facilities
- Improperly keeping food warm
- Lack of a commissioner
- Lack of a certified food protection manager
