Allegheny Co. Well being Dept. reviews 21 new coronavirus instances up to now 48 hours – CBS Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The Allegheny County Health Department reports 21 new coronavirus cases and no further deaths in the past 48 hours.

Of the newly reported cases, the health department says 15 have been confirmed and six are likely cases.

There have been a total of 7,274 hospitalizations and a total of 101,980 coronavirus cases in Allegheny County since the pandemic began.

The nationwide death toll stands at 1,983.
