According to the police, Laedlein is said to be under the influence of methamphetamine. He was in custody and had 38 bags of heroin in his possession.

It was also found that Laedlein had broken into a nearby apartment.

He was taken to Armstrong County Jail and is charged with trespassing, possession of a controlled substance, and loitering and roaming.

Police said Laedlein was later charged with drunkenness in public, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with an incident in which he stumbled into a courtyard earlier during the weekend during a children’s birthday party.
