NORTHVIEW HEIGHTS (KDKA) – A pedestrian is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle Saturday night, according to Pittsburgh Police.
Pittsburgh police and ambulance showed up just before 6 p.m. on Saturday by the 300th block on Penfort Street in response to a report of a vehicle hitting a pedestrian.
The 20-year-old victim was conscious on the street but was rushed to Allegheny General Hospital in critical condition, Pittsburgh police said.
The driver of the vehicle did not leave the scene and worked with the police.
The Collision Investigation Unit is investigating the incident, according to the Pittsburgh police.
