Del Frisco Plans Steakhouse Plans in Union Belief Constructing – WPXI

PITTSBURGH – High-end steaks will eventually be on the Union Trust Building’s menu.

The Davis Cos. and the restaurant’s owners announced that a Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse will open in September 2022, taking over 11,000 square feet for a 15-year lease on the Union Trust building, which has been restored after a $ 100 million renovation Dollar investment.

It is a re-signing of a deal originally announced in 2018 that was subject to great doubt in the early days of the pandemic when Del Frisco’s, then recently acquired by Landry’s Inc., attempted to pull out of the deal, which resulted in that Davis sued for breach of contract.
