The owner of a roofing and siding company reported the company’s income for three consecutive years, according to an information bill

PITTSBURGH (WKBN) – An informational statement was filed in federal court last week indicting the owner of a West Middlesex business on three cases of tax evasion.
The bill, which was filed in the U.S. District Court in western Pennsylvania, says Dustin Golub, the owner of Penn Ohio Roofing and Siding, has been reporting the company’s earnings for three years.
An affidavit attached to the case also stated that Golub is a Mercer County resident.
The bill states that Golub has underreported the company’s revenue by $ 764,731 in 2016, 2017 revenue by $ 1,483,371, and 2018 revenue by $ 1,543,780 on its 1,040 tax forms.
According to the information, Golub and his wife own the company.
A list of information is typically filed in place of a charge in criminal cases when a defendant is expected to plead guilty.
Court records do not show whether the case was still assigned to a judge.
