Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (KDKA) —Governor Tom Wolf has signed a law to increase access to medical marijuana in the state.

Wolves signed house building 1024 on Wednesday. Medical marijuana can now be prescribed for more symptoms, including cancer remission therapy and nervous system problems.

The new law also allows patients to be supplied for three months at a time and maintains curbside delivery with marijuana dispensers.

“It’s been five years since Pennsylvania legalized medical marijuana. During that time, the Ministry of Health investigated the success and challenges of the program and made important recommendations for improving the law,” Governor Wolf said.
