Greatest World Universities 2022: Penn ranks excessive on US Information & World Report’s annual listing

Another ranking, another strong showing from the University of Pennsylvania.

The Ivy League school was ranked 13th on US News & World Report’s list of the best global universities in 2022 published on Tuesday.

Penn was ranked 11th among US universities and 4th among his Ivy League counterparts. It was ranked in the top 10 for business and business and in several scientific fields, including clinical medicine and immunology.

Last month, US News ranked Penn # 8 on its list of the best colleges in the United States. Penn’s reputation was strengthened by the fact that Wharton School has the best business program in the country and Penn Nursing was named the best nursing school in the country.

Penn was one of six schools in the Philadelphia area listed by US News as one of the world’s best universities. Temple University, Drexel University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Villanova University also made the list. The only school in South Jersey that made the cut was Rowan University.

Here are the 10 universities of Pennsylvania that were included in the ranking. The overall rating of each school is in brackets.

Princeton University was the highest rated school in New Jersey, ranking 16th. In math, physics and space science, she landed in the top 10 worldwide.

US News rated more than 1,700 schools in over 90 countries. The magazine’s rankings are based on regional and global academic research performance and a school’s overall reputation.

The United States had the most universities on the list at 271. China was in second place at 253.

The best school was Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Eight of the top 10 universities in the world were American schools.
