His responsibilities included leading teams, creating design concepts, implementing brand strategies and working to bridge the gap between creative, account and strategy teams.

“PALO Creative does more digitally driven work than any other agency I’ve worked for in the past,” said Plummer in a press release. “So for me this is an exciting opportunity to learn more about this side of things and apply everything I’ve learned from working for big brands over the years.”

President and CEO Rob Palowitz hired seven new team members last year to serve the agency’s growing client list.

“Steve has extensive knowledge and experience in the business-to-business manufacturing sector,” said Palowitz. “His experience working with industry leaders, C-level executives and international brands will help expand the skills of our team to understand what works best in the market. In addition to his experience in many management positions, he will give our creative team a better understanding of how our customers’ voice and their message can be received and developed. “
