PITTSBURGH – Dean Adler’s ambitions to revive the prospects for the downtown merchant redevelopment Grand on Fifth crosses Forbes Avenue to include The Pittsburgher office building.
Amid a host of new upgrades and updates to revitalize the million square foot department store building, the Philadelphia-based CEO of Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds announced that his company has signed an agreement to purchase the neighboring office building on Forbes Ave. 428 has met. a 25-story building with a total area of approximately 130,000 square feet.

He emphasized that nothing is official until the final purchase.
