MARIANNA, Pa. (KDKA) – A man is charged with abandoning multiple dogs in a local home.

A neighbor told police she heard a dog in a house on First Street in the Marianna neighborhood, but the owner had not been home for two weeks.

The police received an arrest warrant and found three dogs living in misery with no access to food or water.
