Man Fieri opens Flavortown Kitchens in Robinson Mall and in Pittsburgh

ROBINSON TWP. – A double taste of Flavortown has landed in Allegheny County.

Celebrity chef Guy Fieri opens 26 regional Flavortown kitchens in the mid-Atlantic. These delivery-only restaurants operate in ghost kitchens located in existing eateries, including Robinson Township and Pittsburgh Station Square.

All locations are affiliated with Buca di Beppo and other concepts associated with Earl Enterprises in Florida.

The Robinson location at 6600 Robinson Center Drive is part of the Buca di Beppo near the Mall at Robinson and at Station Square Buca di Beppo.

The celebrity chef is best known for his food network show “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” and for his appearances on other shows on the station. He’s also a long-time owner of stationary restaurants with his name on 14 other brands around the world.

Flavortown Kitchen already operates in 24 states.

The menu is relatively small – only 19 items in total. Most of the items are Fieri’s famous dishes like Bourbon Brown Sugar Barbecue Wings for $ 13.99, Jalapeno Pig Poppers for $ 12.99, the “Chicken Guy!” Classic for $ 11.99 and Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger for $ 12.99.

Dishes can only be delivered, pickups are not permitted. Guests can order online or through the Flavortown Kitchen website, or through most delivery services like DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, and Grubhub.

Flavortown is founded in partnership with Robert Earl of Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), a virtual kitchen trading company to help existing restaurants generate additional revenue from celebrity concepts.

This is not the first time Fieri has ventured into the Pittsburgh area. At “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” he visited the Dor-Stop Restaurant in Dormont, Kelly O’s in the Strip District of Pittsburgh, the Starlite Lounge in Blawnox, Nadine’s on the South Side of Pittsburgh and Big Jim’s in The Run in, according to Good Greenfield Essen Pittsburgh.
