PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Penn Avenue reopened from 27th to 28th Streets after a shooting.

A man was shot dead shortly after 9:00 p.m. on the 2700 block on Penn Avenue.
When the officers arrived at the scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound to the head.
