PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police learned that a man was shot dead after watching a vehicle drive erratically on the South Side early Friday morning.

Shortly before 12:30 p.m., officers were called to S. 10th Street and Bingham Street because of a shotspotter alarm.
There, the officers saw a vehicle that was driving erratically and at high speed. The vehicle took them to a local hospital, where they found a man shot dead.

The man was in critical condition.
Police then found a crime scene on S. 12th Street and Muriel Street.
