An investigation between multiple law enforcement agencies including the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, the FBI, the United States Secret Service, U.S. Marshals, and the Pennsylvania State Police found that Ice and the 14-year-old were in Lonoke County. Arkansas.

At around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, Lonoke police discovered his vehicle was leaving a McDonald’s parking lot. When the police identified Ice and asked him to get out of the car, he followed.

However, he then pulled out a gun, shot a policeman, and seriously wounded him.

Then he fled the scene with the girl in his car and the police chased him.
