BRADDOCK, PA (KDKA) – A Braddock business closed because the Allegheny County Health Department reported the basement was covered in inches of raw sewage.

The health department ordered the closure of Club Elegance on Braddock Avenue on Saturday. The health department says that “ongoing and active” sewage protection poses an immediate health risk.

The numerous other violations include improper preparation and storage of food, inadequate prevention of cross-contamination and the lack of a certified food protection manager.
