Pa. Lt. Gov. John Fetterman calls voter ID necessities “insidious and pointless” – CBS Pittsburgh

WASHINGTON DC (KDKA) – Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman says election fraud is “a fiction”.

He spoke to the Democrats at Texas House Friday morning who fled to Washington DC to try to stop an electoral law in their state.

Fetterman has spoken out in the past on the voting rights and elections in Pennsylvania in 2020.

And on Friday he called the universal voter card “insidious and unnecessary”.

“Universal ID and some of these other measures are a solution to a non-existent voter fraud problem,” said Fetterman. “And it’s just voter suppression because they don’t want people to vote who they think they won’t end up voting.”

In the fall, Fetterman went online with the Republican lieutenant governor of Texas about the allegation of widespread electoral fraud in the 2020 elections.
