Resurrection Parish

June 21-26, 2021  |  6:00 pm – 10:00 pm every night

St. John Capistran and St. Thomas More Churches, South Hills

Live Entertainment:
Live entertainment will be featured each night on the outdoor stage from 7:00 pm -10:00 pm.
• Monday: Night at the Races
• Tuesday: Local Youth Performance Groups
• Wednesday: Jeff Jimerson and Airborne
• Thursday: The Mansfield 5
• Friday: No Bad Juju
• Saturday: Mon Valley Push and Ray Jay and the Carousels.A Polish Mass
• Celebrated indoors in St. Thomas More Church at 4:00 pm on Saturday.

SummerFest attractions:
• Major inflatable attractions bring
• Four-lane 50’ obstacle course
• Axe throwing
• Mega Wrecking Ball
• Animal Kingdom (a colorful toddler playland)
• Giant 22’ slide
• Carnival game booths
• Kids’ Zone (tent with games for little ones
• Raffles are every night of the festival and include multiple 50/50 Raffles, Instant Bingo, Gift Basket Raffle, and a Wall of Wine Raffle. Indoor Bingo games will begin at 7:30 pm in the Family Life Center.
• $20,000 Cash Raffle: Buy a ticket with six chances to win. There will be five nightly $1,000 winners (June 21-25). The grand prize of $15,000 will be awarded June 26. Tickets are $10 each or a booklet of 6 for $50. Tickets are available in the church offices at St. John Capistran (412-221-6275) and at St. Thomas More (412-833-0031).

• Thursday: Italian Cuisine from Franco’s Trattoria in McMurray
• Saturday: Polish Cuisine
Socially distanced, indoor dining begins at 5:00 pm. Advance reservations required. For reservations, visit and click on the SummerFest icon.

Archangel Gabriel Parish will host a Nationality Food Festival October 7, 8, and 9, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Food selections include German, Italian, Mexican, Slovak, American grill & fish fry, and doughnuts made on site.
