PITTSBURGH – On Thursday, Popmenu, a restaurant technology solutions company based in Atlanta, Georgia, released a study it conducted on customer tipping practices during the pandemic.
The study, which included a nationwide survey of 1,000 U.S. consumers as well as an analysis of approximately 450,000 online grocery orders placed in the past six months, ranked the top 20 markets where most customers were more than 20% for online grocery orders.
