Pittsburgh Police Division searches for a criminal offense scene after a person arrives on the hospital with a gunshot wound

Pittsburgh police searched for a crime scene in the Northview Heights neighborhood Sunday night after a man arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound.

Police said the adult victim arrived privately at a local hospital shortly after 7:15 p.m. The police did not identify the hospital.

According to police, the man had a gunshot wound in the back and arrived in a stable condition.

Police said it was not known where the man was shot. According to police, officers were looking for the scene in the Mount Pleasant Road area.
