SHALER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – Door-to-door advertising may resume upon approval by the Board of Commissioners and Township Management in Shaler Township.

The application can be resumed from June 1st. It has been banned as of November 2020 for health reasons and due to instructions from the Allegheny County Health Department.
There are certain conditions for future advertising.

The lawyer must wear a face mask that covers his nose and mouth when coming to doors. Your mask does not need to be worn when walking on sidewalks outdoors, but must be visible, according to Shaler Township Police.
Police say any attorney who breaks the mask rules means the company’s permission to advertise in the community will be revoked.
