FOREST / VENANGO COUNTIES (KDKA) – This Mother’s Day in Pittsburgh is cool and rainy, but it’s better than dealing with snow – like some Pennsylvanians have to do right now.

The National Weather Service Pittsburgh reports that there is light snow and rain in some areas of northwest Pennsylvania, particularly near I-80.
