Sullivan’s Steakhouse opens this fall with an out of doors terrace within the US Metal Tower – WPXI

PITTSBURGH – Sullivan’s Steakhouse hits downtown Pittsburgh later this fall when it occupies a 7,600-square-foot space on the first floor of the US Steel Tower on Grant Street. The steakhouse, with 13 locations across the country, will occupy the former premises of Red, another steakhouse that closed nearly three years ago.

That’s according to Herky Pollock, executive vice president of CBRE, who represented the steakhouse in signing the 10-year lease for the space, which will include an outdoor terrace when it opens.

“I am thrilled that we are in a pandemic and that they made this decision in the heat of the pandemic. However, it speaks volumes about the success of our downtown area in terms of fine dining, ”said Pollock. “Downtown Pittsburgh’s national reputation for foodies is enormous.”
