The argument ends with a canine shot useless within the Pittsburgh neighborhood, police say – WPXI
PITTSBURGH – A heated argument between two men in the Sheraden neighborhood of Pittsburgh ended when one of the men shot a dog to death.
According to police, the incident occurred at around 3:45 p.m. on Sunday in the area of Ashlyn and Bergman streets.
Police said an officer walking in the area heard the shooting and quickly came to the scene after it happened.
None of the people were identified, but investigators told Channel 11 that the dog was shot twice and did not survive.
It is unclear what led to this incident. However, police arrested a man at the scene – with charges pending related to the quarrel and shooting.
No other injuries were reported.
