The Metropolis of Pittsburgh is providing coupons for the Dormont Pool – WPXI
PITTSBURGH – The City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Parks and Recreation has announced a new program for city dwellers that will use voucher coupons to swim in the Dormont Pool for the remainder of the 2021 summer season.
City dwellers can present vouchers for free entry for children and $ 2 discount for adults at the Dormont Pool, equal to the daily price for the city pool of $ 5 per day for adults.
Coupons are available starting Friday at the eight open pool locations in the City of Pittsburgh during business hours or at the Brookline Recreation Center or Phillips Recreation Center Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. City season pool tags are not transferable in the Dormont pool.
The program was initiated under the direction of the Pittsburgh City Council in partnership with the Borough of Dormont.
The Dormont Pool is open Tuesday to Sunday from 1pm to 7pm until August 22nd. After that it is open on the weekends until Labor Day. The timetables for the city pools are available on the Citiparks website.
