The Pittsburgh Pierogi Competition is about to return in September

After being canceled in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival is set to return to Kennywood Park in September.The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, Sept. 26 between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.The Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival will feature food from over two dozen restaurants, chefs and others and will also have live music and open beer gardens for guests 21 and over.Some classic Kennywood rides will also be in operation during the pierogi festival.Tickets are available here.
