PITTSBURGH – Three people were shot and killed in front of an apartment complex in Pittsburgh’s Spring Hill neighborhood on Tuesday evening, police said.

Two of the victims, both male, were found on the ground floor of a building in the Three Rivers Manor on Rheinstrasse, where the officers were called shortly before 9 p.m.
One of the men was shot in the leg and ribs and the officers put on a tourniquet until the paramedics got there, police said. He was taken to hospital in serious condition.
The other man was shot in his right leg and suffered a graze on his head, police said. He was taken to hospital in stable condition.
A third victim, a woman, showed up in a hospital with gunshot wounds on her right leg and left arm, police said.
The police were informed of the shooting by a ShotSpotter alert, followed by emergency calls.
No arrests were made.
