Vacationers are seeing delays after an influence outage at Pittsburgh Worldwide Airport – WPXI
MOON TOWNSHIP, PA. – Travelers at Pittsburgh International Airport see delays at the security checkpoint after a power outage early Friday morning.

Power went off just after 4:30 a.m. and was not fully restored for about 30 minutes.
During the outage, computers at the security checkpoint were affected and the transport security administration was unable to verify anyone.
A number of travelers quickly started building and the delays continue.
In addition to the delays caused by the blackout, American Airlines and JetBlue experienced a brief system-wide outage that affected airports across the country.
