PITTSBURGH – A man was hospitalized after being shot multiple times on Halcomb Avenue in Clairton.

Allegheny County Police Department said 911 received reports of a shooting on the 400 block on Halcomb Avenue at around 6:44 p.m.

First responders found a man with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital and is said to survive.

Allegheny Police investigators are initiating the investigation.
