The Steelers completed their preparation for their Week 15 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts on Friday, where they are looking to end their three-game loss. In the final Injury Report for the Steelers for Week 16 courtesy of the Steelers PR Department, the Steelers have 4 players classified as questionable for Sunday.

The Steelers changed their roster just minutes after the injury report was posted, placing Ulysees Gilbert III on the Reserve / Injured List with an ankle injury. By moving from Gilbert to IR, the Steelers have room to put Vince Williams back on the active list of exemptions after getting off the reserve / COVID-19 list earlier this week.

Four players went to practice on Friday, including Gilbert, who did not participate on Wednesday or Thursday. Stephon Tuitt missed two days with a back injury, but returned as a full participant on Friday and has no injury status on Sunday. Olasunkanmi Adeniyi returned as a limited participant on Friday with a shoulder injury that is considered questionable for Sunday. Marcus Allen missed the first two days of training due to the shoulder spike he contracted on Monday evening and was unable to return to training on Friday. Surprisingly, Allen is rated as questionable for Sunday even though he doesn’t train all week.
On Thursday, the Steelers added kicker Chris Boswell to the injury report with a groin injury that had restricted him in practice. Boswell did not train on Friday and is classified as questionable for Sunday. The Steelers still have kicker Matthew Wright on the training team, who could be re-added to the list of game days if necessary like in week 13 against Washington.
TO UPDATE: There are conflicting reports of Boswell’s participation on Friday. Steelers’ public relations department reported that Boswell did not exercise while Steelers.com classified him as restricted. Both places have him in question for Sunday.
New to the injury report was Anthony McFarland, who missed Friday due to an illness. It is also listed as questionable for Sunday.
