Constructing inspectors to find out what brought about parital constructing collapse in Pittsburgh – WPXI

PITTSBURGH — The upper floor of a two-story building in the 1600 block of E. Carson Street has partially collapsed.

No one was inside the upper floor.

A woman working inside the ice cream shop says the storms were so bad she didn’t know what was happening, but looked outside and saw bricks falling and water gushing.

Inspectors are going to determine if the building was struck by lightning

There were no injuries to anyone who exited the business below.
