Ex-NFL participant and Cincinnati Bearcat Latish Kinsler joins Way of life Sports activities Company to run the soccer division

Latish Kinsler has agreed to join LifeStyle Sports Agency as the new President of Football Operations.

Hailing from New Jersey, Kinsler was a former NFL player who went on to represent players and became a successful real estate investor.

Kinsler’s rise began with humble beginnings.

Early on, he learned discipline, work ethic, and perseverance from his father, Hinton Kinsler, who was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame.

Kinsler, who also acquired a black belt in karate, attributes his sporting success to his father. In high school, Kinsler was a pre-eminent multi-athlete (soccer, basketball, and athletics). After receiving scholarship offers in every sport, he accepted a soccer scholarship from the University of Cincinnati. He was a four year old starter with the Bearcats and finished his career at UC in 5th place all-time in interceptions. The Pittsburgh Steelers signed Kinsler as a priority free agent in the 1994 NFL Draft.

Along with the Steelers, he spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Jets, but never appeared in a regular season game. He ended his professional career by playing two seasons in the now-defunct Arena Football League.

After his active career, Kinsler became a real estate investor. But sport pulled him back. He joined a sports management company where he spent over a decade learning the business of professional athletics, negotiating contracts, cultivating relationships, and capitalizing on his ex-athlete experience.

“I haven’t had the success I envisioned as a player, but I have built longstanding relationships with former coaches / teammates who are currently coaching or front office positions in the NFL. It gives me honest ratings and feedback on my customers for decision making. ”Kinsler told Empire Sports Media.

Kinsler returns to the sports agency business after a five-year break. He spent that time coaching and preparing his son Jordan Kinsler for high school football.

“There was no way I could keep working in the business or preparing my son to become a successful high school athlete. I wanted to make sure that as a student and soccer player he had every opportunity to achieve his goals, ”said Kinsler.

Jordan is currently a freshman running back at Rutgers University.

Kinsler eventually decided to get back into the sports agency business with his son, who was starting his own soccer career.

“I felt that this was the perfect time to start my career again and to influence the lives of athletes,” said Kinsler. “It’s not a job, it’s my passion.”

Kinsler is childhood friends with the founder and CEO of the LifeStyle Sports Agency, Omar Cooper. The agency prides itself on its hands-on process and culture based on development on and off the field. They look forward to representing more high-profile personalities who want to be great people and great players.

As President of Football Operations for the LifeStyle Sports Agency, Kinsler will be instrumental in identifying potential NFL players, overseeing Combine / Pro-Day training, assisting with contract negotiations, and maintaining holistic relationships with the athletes and their families.

Kinsler has a wealth of experience helping athletes navigate the ups and downs of their careers. He loves the process it takes for athletes to maximize their skills. He wants their athletes to have the same mindset. For him it’s a lifestyle.

“There is no shortcut to success,” said Kinsler.

Atlanta-based Lifestyle Sports Agency is a full-service management company representing athletes in basketball and soccer. LSA athletes include Isaac Okoro of Cleveland Cavaliers, Sharife Cooper of Atlanta Hawks, Te’a Cooper of Los Angeles Sparks, and Las Vegas Aces Dearica Hamby.
