A federal lawsuit is expected later, Sansone says, alleging Kasperowizc’s rights have been violated and he has not received due process in connection with his illegal dismissal.
Kasperowizc was not fired and his contract was not renewed.

Miller told KDKA that a concerted effort was being made to address concerns about the cloudiness, while this was only part of the reason the coach’s contract wasn’t renewed. There were also problems with the administration of the coaching and the unwillingness of the trainer to take responsibility during a meeting with the school administrators.
“No doubt there has been bullying and harassment in Pine-Richland, as in any other school in America. Most of it happens in places where the teachers, administrators and coaches can’t see, ”Sansone said. But he says there is no evidence that Kasperowicz ever condoned or knew of any alleged behavior. If he did, he would have “put it to bed right away,” says Sansone.

Sansone accused Miller and Lyons of running a plan to get rid of Kasperowicz. Miller says allegations of seizure of power and witch hunts are not true. He calls this part of the campaign to hide the truth behind the legitimate decisions to part ways with the coach.
