BLAIRSVILLE BOROUGH, Pennsylvania (KDKA) – A 41-year-old man died early Saturday morning in an accident in Blairsville Borough.

According to the Indiana County Coroner’s Office, Jeffery Detore was driving west on Route 22 when his car exited the North Berme before the Route 217 exit and then hit the curb, a road sign, and then the guardrail.

His vehicle then blew up and landed in a wooded area, knocking Detore out of the vehicle.

Detore was unbuckled and is believed to be under influence at the time of the crash.
