Report: Pittsburgh Steelers hires former Falcons O-Line coach as assistant

PITTSBURGH – The Athletic’s Mark Kaboly says the Pittsburgh Steelers are hiring former Atlanta Falcons offensive coach Chris Morgan as their deputy O-Line coach.

Morgan was the Falcons’ O-Line coach from 2015 to 2020 before being fired. Prior to Atlanta, he spent 2014 with the Oakland Raiders, Washington Football Team (2011-2013) and the Seattle Seahawks. He was also the run coordinator for the Falcons.

Morgan will train under the newly promoted offensive coach Adrian Klemm. Klemm spent the last two years as a Steelers assistant before replacing Shaun Sarrett. Sarrett was one of three coaches whose contracts were not renewed this off-season.
