Suspect Sentenced to 20-40 Years in Jail for Fineview Taking pictures – CBS Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Allegheny County prosecutors say a man pleaded guilty to a fatal shooting in Fineview four years ago.

According to the DA office, Davon Jones pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and firearm violations.

He will now be in prison for 20-40 years.

Jones was arrested outside a house on Belleau Drive in August 2017 for the death of 29-year-old Brian Pinkney.

Pinkney was shot in the head and died in Allegheny General Hospital.
