PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Three men accused of playing a role in the death of a baby will face trial.

Marvin Hill and Andrew Crawford were tried on criminal murder and other charges, but the judge dismissed the murder of Devon Thompson. The other charges against him were overturned in court.

According to police, the men were involved in a shooting in front of the Three Rivers Manor Apartment Complex in the Rheinplatz area in the Spring Hill district this summer.

According to police, a bullet shot through the window and walls where 1-year-old Zykier Young was sleeping. He was hit in the head and died.
