PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – UPMC says it is ready for the coronavirus vaccine.
On Thursday, the hospital said it had received a supply set with needles, syringes and personal protective equipment. According to UPMC, the supplies will be needed to safely and effectively vaccinate frontline workers after the FDA clears approval.
In anticipation of a # COVID19 vaccine shipment, UPMC received a supply kit today containing the needles, syringes and PPE needed to safely and effectively vaccinate our frontline heroes once a vaccine has been approved and authorized.
