Pittsburgh Pierogi Competition returns to Kennywood this fall – CBS Pittsburgh

WEST MIFFLIN (KDKA) – After the Pittsburgh Pierogi Festival was canceled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it will take place again next fall in September.

According to KDKA’s news partners in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the festival will return to Kennywood Park on September 26th.

The Jack Rabbit, Racer, Turtle, Merry-Go-Round, Thunderbolt and Noah’s Ark attractions will be operational during the festival, with access to the parking lot and these rides included in the entrance fee.

Food and drinks during the event will be purchased as pay-as-you-go, as will games in the park.

Early bird tickets to the event are available online at $ 23.99 for those ages 13 and older, and tickets are $ 9.99 for children ages 3 to 12. Children under 2 years are free.

After July 15, tickets are $ 26.99 and $ 12.99, respectively.
